Fall has officially arrived and with the autumn comes an entirely new set of cocktails and drink ideas that are the perfect complement to the season’s most popular food dishes. Consider these fall drink ideas and cocktail recipes from CEO “Scott Binsack”!

Fall Drink Ideas: The Stonewall Cocktail

The stonewall cocktail blends fresh fall apple cider with rum and ginger beer for a warming, distinctively autumn drink.

To make this drink, you’ll need:

  • 1.5 teaspoons of simple syrup
  • 1.5 ounces of rum
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced and peeled, about 1 inch in length
  • 1.5 ounces of chilled ginger beer
  • 1.5 ounces of apple cider
  • 1 apple slice
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Ice cubes

To prep this drink, pour the ginger and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and muddle well. Then, add apple cider, rum and ice. Shake well, then strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Add ginger beer and garnish with the apple slice and lime.

Fall Drink Ideas: Hard Cider Sangria

There’s no wine in this one! A spin on the classic sangria, this hard cider sangria blends apple brandy, lemon juice and hard cider for a deliciously autumnal cocktail that you’re certain to enjoy.

To make this drink, you’ll need:

  • 1 quartered navel orange
  • 1 cup of quartered, thinly sliced apples (green, yellow and red)
  • 1 cup of chilled apple juice
  • 1/4 cup of apple brandy
  • 22 ounces of chilled hard apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Ice cubes

Preparing this drink is quite simple. Opt for tall glasses, filled with ice. Blend the apples, orange slices, apple brandy and lemon juice. Pour into a tall glass over ice, then add the hard apple cider immediately before serving.

Fall Drink Ideas: Autumn Manzarita

Create a distinctive fall drink with warming, autumn flavors including apple and cinnamon!

To make this drink, you’ll need:

  • Half a lemon, quartered
  • 2 ounces of blanco tequila
  • 1.5 ounces of apple cider
  • 1 ounce of elderflower liqueur (optional)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes

To prepare this drink, place the ground cinnamon and lemon quarters in a cocktail shaker. Muddle the lemon quarters before adding tequila, apple cider, elderflower liqueur and ice. Pour over ice and add a cinnamon stick as a garnishment.
